Blessed Ganesha

Sitting on a throne and dressed in regal clothes, Lord Ganesha exudes benevolence in this hand carved wall sculpture. The artist portrays the Hindu God wearing jap malas or beaded prayer necklaces and a head dress fit for a king. In three of his hands he holds his favorite dessert, a spade and a conch. His fourth hand conveys a blessing. A favorite amongst Hindu deities, Lord Ganesha brings peace and fortune to all.
